## SEC. 202 ENCOURAGING COUNTRIES TO MAINTAIN AND SHARE DATA ON HUMAN TRAFFICKING EFFORTS Section 108(b) of the Trafficking Victims Protection Act of 2000 (22 U.S.C. 7106(b)) is amended— ####
(1)in paragraph (1)— #####
(A)by striking “the capacity” and inserting “a demonstrably increasing capacity”; and #####
(B)by striking the last sentence; and ####
(2)in paragraph (7)— #####
(A)by striking “consistent with its resources” and inserting “, consistent with a demonstrably increasing capacity of such government to obtain such data,”; and #####
(B)by striking the last sentence.
