## SEC. 122 DESIGNATION OF A LABOR PROSECUTOR TO ENHANCE STATE AND LOCAL EFFORTS TO COMBAT TRAFFICKING IN PERSONS Section 204(a)(1) of the Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act of 2005 (34 U.S.C. 20705(a)(1)) is amended— ####
(1)in subparagraph (D), by striking “and” at the end; ####
(2)in subparagraph (E), by striking the period at the end and inserting “; and”; and ####
(3)by adding at the end the following: > > ##### “(F) > > as appropriate, to designate at least 1 prosecutor for cases of severe forms of trafficking in persons (as such term is defined in section 103(9) of the Trafficking Victims Protection Act of 2000 (22 U.S.C. 7102(9)).” > .
