## SEC. 116 BEST PRACTICES TO PREVENT FORCED CHILD LABOR TRAFFICKING It is the sense of the Congress that— ####
(1)the United States Government condemns, in the strongest terms, forced child labor, including in situations of trafficking; and ####
(2)the President should work with the private sector to develop best practices and guidance for preventing forced child labor and indentured servitude, including in situations of trafficking. ## Subtitle C Preventing Trafficking in Persons in the United States
