## SEC. 203 RECORD RETENTION Section 301 (2 U.S.C. 1381), as amended by section 201(a), is further amended by adding at the end the following new subsection: > > ### “(m) Record Retention > > The Office shall establish and maintain a program for the permanent retention of its records, including the records of preliminary reviews, mediations, hearings, and other proceedings conducted under title IV.” > .
