## SEC. 6 DEFINITIONS Section 2258E of title 18, United States Code, is amended— ####

(1)in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by striking “**2258D**” and inserting “**2258E**”; ####

(2)in paragraph (5), by striking “**and**” at the end; ####

(3)by redesignating paragraph

(6)as paragraph (8); and ####

(4)by inserting after paragraph
