## SEC. 106 SUNSET **[**[15 U.S.C. 8815](/us/usc/t15/s8815)**]** ###
(a)In General Except as provided in subsection (b), the authority to carry out sections 101, 102, 103, 104, and 105 shall terminate on the date that is 11 years after the date of enactment of this Act. ###
