## SEC. 8206 REAUTHORIZATION OF DRUG COURT PROGRAM Section 1001(a)(25)(A) of title I of the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 (34 U.S.C. 10261(a)(25)(A)) is amended by striking “Except as provided” and all that follows and inserting the following: “Except as provided in subparagraph (C), there is authorized to be appropriated to carry out part EE $75,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2018 through 2023.”.
