## SEC. 8009 EFFECTIVE DATE; REGULATIONS ###
(a)Effective Date **[**[19 U.S.C. 1436 note](/us/usc/t19/s1436)**]** This subtitle and the amendments made by this subtitle (other than the amendments made by section 8002) shall take effect on the date of the enactment of this Act. ###
(b)Regulations **[**[19 U.S.C. 58c note](/us/usc/t19/s58c)**]** Not later than 1 year after the date of the enactment of this Act, such regulations as are necessary to carry out this subtitle and the amendments made by this subtitle shall be prescribed. ## Subtitle B Opioid Addiction Recovery Fraud Prevention
