## SEC. 3013 SINGLE SOURCE PATTERN OF IMPORTED ILLEGAL DRUGS Section 801 of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (21 U.S.C. 381), as amended by section 3012, is further amended by adding at the end the following: > > ### “(t) Single Source Pattern of Imported Illegal Drugs > > If the Secretary determines that a person subject to debarment as a result of engaging in a pattern of importing or offering for import controlled substances or drugs as described in section 306(b)(3)(D), and such pattern is identified by the Secretary as being offered for import from the same manufacturer, distributor, or importer, the Secretary may by order determine all drugs being offered for import from such person as adulterated or misbranded, unless such person can provide evidence otherwise.” > .
