## SEC. 303 EFFECTIVE DATE **[**[17 U.S.C. 114 note](/us/usc/t17/s114)**]** ###
(a)In General Except as provided in subsection (b), this title and the amendments made by this title shall take effect on the date of enactment of this Act. ###
(b)Delayed Effective Date Paragraphs (5)(B) and (6)(E) of section 114(g) of title 17, United States Code, as added by section 302, shall take effect on January 1, 2020. # TITLE IV SEVERABILITY
