## Sec. 51 separability provision If any provision of this Act is declared unconstitutional or the applicability thereof to any person or circumstances is held invalid, the validity of the remainder of the Act and the applicability and such provision to other persons and circumstances shall not be affected thereby. **[**[33 U.S.C. 950](/us/usc/t33/s950)**]** Enacted March 4, 1927, ch. 509, sec. 50 44 State. 1446; renumbered October 27 1972, P.L. 92–576, sec. 19, 86 Stat. 1263.
