## SEC. 8502 SEMIARID AGROFORESTRY RESEARCH CENTER Section 1243(d) of the Food, Agriculture, Conservation, and Trade Act of 1990 (16 U.S.C. 1642 note; Public Law 101-624) is amended by striking “annually” and inserting “for each of fiscal years 2019 through 2023”.
