## SEC. 7613 REVIEW OF LAND-GRANT TIME AND EFFORT REPORTING REQUIREMENTS **[**[7 U.S.C. 343 note](/us/usc/t7/s343)**]** ###
(a)In General The Secretary, in consultation with the Office of Management and Budget, shall review and revise current reporting requirements related to compensation charges, documentation of personnel expenses, and other requirements that are commonly referred to as time and effort reporting for entities that receive funds under a program referred to in clause (iii), (iv), (vii), (viii), or
(xii)of section 251(f)(1)(C) of the Department of Agriculture Reorganization Act of 1994 (7 U.S.C. 6971(f)(1)(C)). ###
(b)Revisions The Secretary shall ensure that any revision made pursuant to subsection (a)— ####
(1)is developed in collaboration with entities described in subsection (a); and ####
(2)reduces the amount of paperwork and time required by the requirements referred to in such subsection, as such requirements are in effect on the date of the enactment of this Act.
