## SEC. 7608 AGRICULTURE INNOVATION CENTER DEMONSTRATION PROGRAM Section 6402 of the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002 (7 U.S.C. 1632b) is amended— ####
(1)in subsection (d)(2)— #####
(A)in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking “representatives of each of the following groups” and inserting “a diverse group of representatives of public and private entities, including the following:”; #####
(B)in subparagraph (A), by striking “The 2” and inserting “Two”; #####
(C)in subparagraph (B), by inserting “or a State legislator,” after “agency,”; and #####
(D)by amending subparagraph
(C)to read as follows: > > ##### “(C) > > Four entities representing commodities produced in the State.” > ; ####
(2)in subsection (e)(1), by striking “subsection (i)” and inserting “subsection (g)”; and ####
(3)by striking subsections (g), (h), and
(i)and inserting the following new subsection: > > ### “(g) Authorization of Appropriations > > There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this section $15,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2019 through 2023.” > .
