## SEC. 7504 AGRICULTURE AND FOOD RESEARCH INITIATIVE Subsection
(b)of the Competitive, Special, and Facilities Research Grant Act (7 U.S.C. 3157(b)) is amended— ####
(1)in paragraph (2)— #####
