## SEC. 7206 NATIONAL GENETICS RESOURCES PROGRAM ###
(a)Advisory Council Section 1634 of the Food, Agriculture, Conservation, and Trade Act of 1990 (7 U.S.C. 5843) is amended— ####
(1)in subsection (a)— #####
(A)in the first sentence, by striking “ The Secretary ” and inserting the following: > > #### “(1) In general > > The Secretary” > ; #####
(B)in the second sentence of paragraph
(1)(as so designated), by striking “ The advisory ” and inserting the following: > > #### “(2) Membership > > The advisory” > ; #####

(b)Authorization of Appropriations Section 1635(b)(2) of the Food, Agriculture, Conservation, and Trade Act of 1990 (7 U.S.C. 5844(b)(2)) is amended by striking “2018” and inserting “2023”.
