## SEC. 7130 NEW ERA RURAL TECHNOLOGY PROGRAM Section 1473E of the National Agricultural Research, Extension, and Teaching Policy Act of 1977 (7 U.S.C. 3319e) is amended— ####

(1)in subsection (b)(1)(B)— #####

(A)in clause (ii), by striking “and” at the end; #####

(B)in clause (iii), by striking the period at the end and inserting “; and”; and #####

(C)by adding at the end the following: > > ###### “(iv) > > precision agriculture.” > ; and ####

(2)in subsection (d), by striking “2008 through 2012” and inserting “2019 through 2023”.
