## SEC. 6603 AMENDMENTS TO LOCAL TV ACT The Launching Our Communities’ Access to Local Television Act of 2000 (title X of H.R. 5548 of the 106th Congress, as enacted by section 1(a)(2) of Public Law 106-553; 114 Stat. 2762A-128) is amended— ####

(1)by striking the title heading and inserting the following: > > # “TITLE X SATELLITE CARRIER RETRANSMISSION ELIGIBILITY” > ; ####

(2)**[**[47 U.S.C. 1101](/us/usc/t47/s1101)**]** by striking sections 1001 through 1007 and 1009 through 1012; and ####
