## SEC. 6422 RURAL MICROENTREPRENEUR ASSISTANCE PROGRAM Section 379E of the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act (7 U.S.C. 2008s) is amended— ####
(1)in subsection (b)(4)(B)(ii)— #####
(A)in the clause heading, by striking “Maximum amount” and inserting “Amount”; #####
(B)by inserting “not less than 20 percent and” before “not more than 25 percent”; and #####
(C)by striking the period at the end and inserting the following: > “, subject to— > > > ###### “(I) > > satisfactory performance by the microenterprise development organization under this section, and > > > ###### “(II) > > the availability of funding.” > ; and ####
(2)by striking subsection
(d)and inserting the following: > > ### “(d) Authorization of Appropriations > > There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this section $20,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2019 through 2023.” > .
