## SEC. 6305 DEFINITION OF RURAL AREA FOR PURPOSES OF THE HOUSING ACT OF 1949 The second sentence of section 520 of the Housing Act of 1949 (42 U.S.C. 1490) is amended— ####

(1)by striking “or 2010 decennial census” and inserting “2010, or 2020 decennial census”; ####

(2)by striking “December 31, 2010,” and inserting “December 31, 2020,” ; and ####

(3)by striking “year 2020” and inserting “year 2030”.
