## SEC. 5302 LOAN AUTHORIZATION LEVELS Section 346(b)(1) of the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act (7 U.S.C. 1994(b)(1)) is amended— ####
(1)in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking “$4,226,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2008 through 2018” and inserting “$10,000,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2019 through 2023”; and ####
(2)by striking subparagraphs
(A)and
(B)and inserting the following: > > ##### “(A) > > $3,000,000,000 shall be for direct loans, of which— > > > ###### “(i) > > $1,500,000,000 shall be for farm ownership loans under subtitle A; and > > > ###### “(ii) > > $1,500,000,000 shall be for operating loans under subtitle B; and > > > ##### “(B) > > $7,000,000,000 shall be for guaranteed loans, of which— > > > ###### “(i) > > $3,500,000,000 shall be for farm ownership loans under subtitle A; and > > > ###### “(ii) > > $3,500,000,000 shall be for operating loans under subtitle B.” > .
