## SEC. 3309 MCGOVERN-DOLE INTERNATIONAL FOOD FOR EDUCATION AND CHILD NUTRITION PROGRAM Section 3107 of the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002 (7 U.S.C. 1736o-1) is amended— ####
(1)in subsection (a)— #####
(A)by striking “ that is ” and inserting the following: > “that— > > > #### “(1) > > is” > ; #####
(B)in paragraph
(1)(as so designated), by striking the period at the end and inserting “; or”; and #####
(C)by adding at the end the following: > > #### “(2) > > > #####
