## SEC. 3309 MCGOVERN-DOLE INTERNATIONAL FOOD FOR EDUCATION AND CHILD NUTRITION PROGRAM Section 3107 of the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002 (7 U.S.C. 1736o-1) is amended— ####
(1)in subsection (a)— #####
(A)by striking “ that is ” and inserting the following: > “that— > > > #### “(1) > > is” > ; #####
(B)in paragraph
(1)(as so designated), by striking the period at the end and inserting “; or”; and #####
(C)by adding at the end the following: > > #### “(2) > > > #####
(A)> > is produced in and procured from— > > > ###### “(i) > > a developing country that is a recipient country; or > > > ###### “(ii) > > a developing country in the same region as a recipient country; and > > > ##### “(B) > > at a minimum, meets each nutritional, quality, and labeling standard of the recipient country, as determined by the Secretary.” > ; ####
(2)in subsection (c)(2)(A)— #####
(A)in clause (v)(IV), by striking “and” at the end; #####
(B)by redesignating clause
(vi)as clause (vii); and #####
(C)by inserting after clause
