## SEC. 2410 SENSE OF CONGRESS RELATING TO INCREASED WATERSHED-BASED COLLABORATION It is the sense of Congress that the Federal Government should recognize and encourage partnerships at the watershed level between nonpoint sources and regulated point sources to advance the goals of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act (33 U.S.C. 1251 et seq.) and provide benefits to farmers, landowners, and the public. ## Subtitle E Funding and Administration
