## Sec. 14 Separability If any provision of this Act or the application of such provision to any person or circumstances is held invalid, the remainder of this Act and the application of such provision to other persons or circumstances shall not be affected thereby. **[**[29 U.S.C. 251](/us/usc/t29/s251) nt**]** Enacted May 14, 1947, ch. 52, sec. 14, 61 Stat. 90.
