## Sec. 524 effective date The provisions of this Act shall take effect ninety days from the date of enactment, and shall be classified to title 29, United States Code. **[**[29 U.S.C. 1801](/us/usc/t29/s1801) nt**]** Enacted January 14, 1983, P.L. 97–470, title V, sec. 524, 96 Stat. 2600.
