## Sec. 9 attendance of witnesses For the purpose of any hearing or investigation provided for in this Act, the provisions of sections 9 and 10 (relating the attendance of witnesses and the production of books, papers, and documents) of the Federal Trade Commission Act of September 16, 1914, as amended (U.S.C. 1934 edition, title 15, secs. 40 and 50), are hereby made applicable to the jurisdiction, powers, and duties of the Secretary of Labor and the industry committees. **[**[29 U.S.C. 209](/us/usc/t29/s209)**]** Enacted June 25, 1938, ch. 676, sec. 9, 52 Stat. 1065.
