## Sec. 605 service of process For the purposes of this Act, service of summons, subpena, or other legal process of a court of the United States upon an officer or agent of a labor organization in his capacity as such shall constitute service upon the labor organization. **[**[29 U.S.C. 525](/us/usc/t29/s525)**]** Enacted September 14, 1959, P.L. 86–257, title VI, sec. 605, 73 Stat. 540.
