## Sec. 9 separability clause **[**[50 U.S.C. 1548](/us/usc/t50/s1548)**]** If any provision of this joint resolution or the application thereof to any person or circumstances is held invalid, the remainder of the joint resolution and the application of such provision to any other person or circumstance shall not be affected thereby.
