## SEC. 427 NO BENEFITS TO TERRORISTS OR FAMILY MEMBERS OF TERRORISTS Notwithstanding any other provision of this subtitle, nothing in this subtitle shall be construed to provide any benefit or relief to— ####
(1)any individual culpable for a specified terrorist activity; or ####
(2)any family member of any individual described in paragraph (1).
