## SEC. 201 DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE **[**[50 U.S.C. 3005](/us/usc/t50/s3005)**]** Except to the extent inconsistent with the provisions of this Act or other provisions of law, the provisions of title 5, United States Code, shall be applicable to the Department of Defense. **[**Sections 202–204 were repealed by section 307 of Public Law 87–651 (Act of September 7, 1962, 76 Stat. 526).**]**
