## SEC. 315 EXTENSION OF DEADLINE FOR FINAL REPORT OF THE NATIONAL COMMISSION FOR THE REVIEW OF THE RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS OF THE UNITED STATES INTELLIGENCE COMMUNITY ###
(a)In General Subsection
(a)of section 1007 of the Intelligence Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2003 (Public Law 107–306; 50 U.S.C. 401 note; 116 Stat. 2442) is amended by striking “September 1, 2003” and inserting “September 1, 2004”. ###
(b)Effective Date **[**[50 U.S.C. 3001](/us/usc/t50/s3001) nt**]** The amendment made by subsection
(a)shall take effect as if included in the enactment of section 1007 of the Intelligence Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2003.
