## SEC. 1009 INAPPLICABILITY OF CERTAIN ADMINISTRATIVE PROVISIONS **[**[50 U.S.C. 3001](/us/usc/t50/s3001) nt**]** ###

(a)Federal Advisory Committee Act The provisions of the Federal Advisory Committee Act (5 U.S.C. App.) shall not apply to the activities of the Commission under this title. ###

(b)Freedom of Information Act The provisions of section 552 of title 5, United States Code (commonly referred to as the Freedom of Information Act), shall not apply to the activities, records, and proceedings of the Commission under this title. **[**Section 701(b)(3) of Public Law 111–259 repealed section 1010.**]**
