(b)Effective Date **[**[50 U.S.C. 3506](/us/usc/t50/s3506) nt**]** The amendments made by subsection
(a)apply to multiyear leases entered into under section 5 of the Central Intelligence Agency Act of 1949, as so amended, on or after October 1, 1997.
