## SEC. 717 PAYMENT OF COMMISSION EXPENSES **[**[50 U.S.C. 2351](/us/usc/t50/s2351) nt**]** The compensation, travel expenses, per diem allowances of members and employees of the Commission, and other expenses of the Commission shall be paid out of funds available to the Director of Central Intelligence for the payment of compensation, travel allowances, and per diem allowances, respectively, of employees of the Central Intelligence Agency. ## Subtitle B Other Matters **[**Section 721 of the Intelligence Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1997 was repealed by section 1065(c) of Division A of Public Law 112–239, enacted January 2, 2013.**]** # TITLE VIII RENEWAL AND REFORM OF INTELLIGENCE ACTIVITIES
