## SEC. 4 MEMBERSHIP Section 70903(a) of title 36, United States Code, is amended— ####
(1)by striking “corporation” and inserting “FFA”; and ####
(2)by striking “as provided in the bylaws” and inserting “as provided in the constitution or bylaws of the FFA”.
