## SEC. 4 REPORT ON LICENSURE OF CORD BLOOD UNITS Not later than 90 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Health and Human Services, in consultation with the Commissioner of Food and Drugs, shall submit to Congress a report concerning the progress made by the Food and Drug Administration in developing requirements for the licensing of cord blood units.
