## SEC. 8102 CONFORMING THE PAYGO SCORECARD WITH THIS ACT Upon the enactment of this Act, the Director of the Office of Management and Budget shall not make any estimates under section 252(d) of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985 of changes in direct spending outlays and receipts for any fiscal year resulting from this title or from section 1102 of this Act.
