## SEC. 153 URBAN HIGH DENSITY PROGRAM Of amounts available under the urban high density program, $2,806,675 is rescinded. $2,806,675 shall be made available out of the Highway Trust Fund by the Secretary for reconstruction of an interchange on an urban high density project designated in the State of Indiana in accordance with section 146 of title 23, United States Code (as such section was in effect on August 13, 1973).
