## SEC. 145 EXEMPTION FROM RIGHT-OF-WAY RESTRICTION A facility located in part on the right-of-way of Interstate Route I–94 in Michigan and in the vicinity of the interchange of I–94 and Michigan State Route 25 is hereby exempt from the restrictions contained in section 111 of title 23, United States Code, prohibiting certain commercial establishments on rights-of-way of the Interstate System. Such exemption shall be for the purpose of permitting the Michigan Department of Transportation to enter into a lease agreement allowing the use of such facility for the sale of only those articles which are for export and for consumption outside the United States. * * * * * * *
