## SEC. 4 EFFECTIVE DATE; CONFORMING REPEAL **[**[6 U.S.C. 621 note](/us/usc/t6/s621)**]** ###
(a)Effective Date This Act, and the amendments made by this Act, shall take effect on the date that is 30 days after the date of enactment of this Act. ###
(b)Conforming Repeal **[**[6 U.S.C. 621 note](/us/usc/t6/s621)**]** Section 550 of the Department of Homeland Security Appropriations Act, 2007 (Public Law 109-295; 120 Stat. 1388), is repealed as of the effective date of this Act.
