## SEC. 510 AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS Section 809 of the Act, as redesignated by section _08(a)(1) of this Act, is amended— ####

(1)in paragraph (4)(B), by striking “and” at the end; ####

(2)in paragraph (5)(B), by striking the period at the end and inserting “; and”; and ####

(3)by adding at the end the following: > > #### “(6) > > $25,800,000 for each of fiscal years 2016 through 2021, of which— > > > ##### “(A) > > not less than 27 percent of the amount appropriated for each fiscal year shall be for activities conducted at the State level under the tsunami hazard mitigation program under section 805; and > > > ##### “(B) > > not less than 8 percent of the amount appropriated shall be for the tsunami research program under section 806.” > .
