## SEC. 901 STATE DEFINED **[**[52 U.S.C. 21141](/us/usc/t52/s21141)**]** In this Act, the term “State” includes the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, and the United States Virgin Islands.
