## SEC. 273 AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS **[**[52 U.S.C. 21043](/us/usc/t52/s21043)**]** ###

(a)In General There are authorized to be appropriated for grants under this part $20,000,000 for fiscal year 2003. ###

(b)Availability of Funds Amounts appropriated pursuant to the authorization under this section shall remain available, without fiscal year limitation, until expended. ### PART 4 PILOT PROGRAM FOR TESTING OF EQUIPMENT AND TECHNOLOGY
