## SEC. 210 AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS **[**[52 U.S.C. 20930](/us/usc/t52/s20930)**]** In addition to the amounts authorized for payments and grants under this title and the amounts authorized to be appropriated for the program under section 503, there are authorized to be appropriated for each of the fiscal years 2003 through 2005 such sums as may be necessary (but not to exceed $10,000,000 for each such year) for the Commission to carry out this title. ### PART 2 ELECTION ASSISTANCE COMMISSION STANDARDS BOARD AND BOARD OF ADVISORS
