## SEC. 3 DEFINITIONS In this Act: ####

(1)Memorial fund The term “**Memorial Fund**” means the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund, Inc. ####

(2)Museum The term “**Museum**” means the National Law Enforcement Museum established under section 4(a). ####

(3)Secretary The term “**Secretary**” means the Secretary of the Interior.
