## SEC. 4013 FHWA POSITIONS To help implement the purposes of this title, the Secretary in fiscal year 1992 shall employ and maintain thereafter 2 additional employees in positions at the headquarters of the Federal Highway Administration in excess of the number of employees authorized for fiscal year 1991 for the Federal Highway Administration. **[**Section 4014 repealed by section 7(b) of P.L. 103–272 (108 Stat. 1379).**]** # TITLE V INTERMODAL TRANSPORTATION * * * * * * *
