## SEC. 3048 MILWAUKEE ALTERNATIVES ANALYSIS APPROVAL No later than January 15, 1992, the Secretary shall enter into an agreement with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation giving approval to undertake an alternatives analysis for the East-West Central Milwaukee Corridor.
