## SEC. 1109 INFRASTRUCTURE AWARENESS PROGRAM ###
(a)In General For the purpose of creating an awareness by the public and State and local governments of the state of the Nation's infrastructure and to encourage and stimulate efforts by the public and such governments to undertake studies and projects to improve the infrastructure, the Secretary is authorized to fund the production of a documentary in cooperation with a not-for-profit national public television station. ###
(b)Funding There is authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary to carry out this section $2,000,000 for fiscal years beginning after September 30, 1991, out of the Highway Trust Fund (other than the Mass Transit Account), which shall remain available until expended. All of the provisions of chapter 1 of title 23, United States Code, shall apply to the funds provided under this section. This section shall not be subject to any obligation limitation. ### PART B NATIONAL RECREATIONAL TRAILS FUND ACT
