## SEC. 53113 SUNSETTING EXCLUSION OF BIOSIMILARS FROM MEDICARE PART D COVERAGE GAP DISCOUNT PROGRAM Section 1860D–14A(g)(2)(A) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1395w–114a(g)(2)(A)) is amended by inserting “, with respect to a plan year before 2019,” after “other than”.
