## SEC. 53111 MEDICARE PAYMENT UPDATE FOR SKILLED NURSING FACILITIES Section 1888(e)(5)(B) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1395yy(e)(5)(B)) is amended— ####
(1)in clause (i), by striking “and (iii)” and inserting “, (iii), and (iv)”; ####
(2)in clause (ii), by striking “clause (iii)” and inserting “clauses
(iii)and (iv)”; and ####
(3)by adding at the end the following new clause: > > ###### “(iv) Special rule for fiscal year 2019 > > For fiscal year 2019 (or other similar annual period specified in clause (i)), the skilled nursing facility market basket percentage, after application of clause (ii), is equal to 2.4 percent.” > .
